General Bumperboat Accessories
Master Charger - 24volt 30amp DC output battery charger
New feature- 120/220 VAC switchable power input.
Fully automatic microprocessor controlled.

1. This micro processor controlled charger utilizes full-wave rectification.
2. Safety functions include:
A. It will not turn on unless voltage is present at charge lead (min 2volt).
B. Will not turn on if lead polarity is reversed.
3. The Mastercharger is fully automatic and utilizes "average" and "float" functions to sense the state of charge of the battery to guard against over charge.
4. PROTECT SETTING
A. The transformer uses a temperature fuse to protect the unit against overheating.
B. The DC output also has a fuse.
USAGE:
1. Before plugging unit into main power source connect SB connector to battery charge lead.
2. Insert the Main power input cable into the power source socket.
3. The charger starts, there is a delay of about 5 seconds as the unit senses the battery connection.
4. Using Equalizing charge method:
a. After initial charge circuit is established press the EQU/DAI.
This feature will attempt to equalize the charge between batteries.
5. Make sure that battery fluid levels are checked on a regular basis and topped off in accordance with battery manufactures recommendations. SEE Express Flow battery fill system, part #2-70-A0020T.
FRONT PANEL INDICATORS
1. AC Power indicator is on continuous - connected and ready for use.
2. AC Power indicator is flickering – Positive and negative cables reversed (reverse polarity), lead not connected, DC output fuse burned out or battery voltage under 2 volts.
3. EQUAL light flickering - Unit in the process of equal charging.
4. DAILY light flickering – Unit in the process of generally charging.
5. 80% CHARGE light flickering - means charging has reached 80% capacity.
6. FULL CHARGE indicator light:
A. Constant light---means charge complete.
B. Flickering----means charging has failed, Possibly the bad battery consult battery manufactures guidelines for battery testing.
NOTE:
Before connecting the battery, confirm the output voltage of the charger is the same as that of the battery.
*Before inserting the power AC plug confirm that the voltage to be required of the charger is the same as that of the local power supply.
*Cut off the main power source before removing the battery to prevent the danger of incurring gas explosion.
*Do not operate the accessories of the battery during charging.
